TLC Family Weekend

Our Family weekend (12th and 13th May) kicked off with a meal on Saturday followed by a concert by  Testament, a Christian band from Milton Keynes. We had a wonderful time - they sang some original songs and some that we were able to sing along.
On Sunday they returned for our 2.30 service when they led our worship and sang again. One of the members of the Milton Keynes Soup Kitchen told us of her work with the homeless. It was really interesting and the volunteers obviously find it very rewarding. 

We ended the occasion with afternoon tea.
