165th Chapel Anniversary

On Sunday 19th November 2017, TLC Bozeat celebrated i’s 165th anniversary. We were honoured to receive the Worshipful the Mayor and Mayoress of the Borough of Wellingborough,  Cllr Paul and Mrs Carol Bell to our worship.

As people arrived tea and coffee were served and there was a good buzz as friends chatted with each other.

William Partridge-Underwood led the service in his usual inimitable and fun-loving way and prompted our thoughts by reminding us that anniversaries are a good time to ‘Look back and thank God’ but also to ‘Look to the future with our eyes fixed on Jesus’, then to ‘Look out and serve God’ and finally ‘Look inwards and find God’.

The worship was enhanced by the excellent music of our friends David on guitar, Jane on oboe and Sue on piano.

Everyone enjoyed the afternoon tea as the photos show! You can see them by clicking here.

We decided at the outset that anniversaries are birthdays that should be celebrated and we certainly did that!
